General Summary
The Graduate Assistant will support the Dietetics and Human Nutrition programs. Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with Dietetics program application processing and documentation (November through February)
• Assist in creation of online DTC and HN 3x/year newsletter (using Adobe Express)
• Assist Clinical Coordinator with SPE-related tasks
• Collection and analysis of program data
• Assistance in compiling documents needed for accreditation
• Reviewing/updating program documents such as the Preceptor Handbook, Orientation materials, Student Handbook, and training modules for students
• Increasing our use of technology (e.g., converting program documents to electronic storage)
• Conducting literature searches
• Proctoring exams
• Guest lecturing
• Grading of assignments in undergraduate courses
• Assisting with the preparation of professional presentation materials
• Data entry and analysis
• Assistance in conducting research
• Supervising students and/or events through the ENS

Minimum Qualifications:
Preference will be given to Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and those who are ServSafe certified.
Ability to work up to 20 hours per week is required.
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
Admission and enrollment in a graduate program is required.
Maintenance of a 67% course completion is required.
Enrollment in at least 6 credits for Fall and Winter semesters is required.
