Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at Marysville Post Acute, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Assist in emergency response and crisis management situations.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
