Overview:

Duties:

- Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
- Verify client information and financial data
- Ensure compliance with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations
- Calculate loan terms, interest rates, and payments
- Collaborate with loan officers to facilitate the loan approval process
- Assist in preparing loan documentation
- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry tasks

Requirements:

- Proficiency in math, including basic math skills
- Previous experience in loan processing or related field
- Familiarity with loan origination procedures
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
