THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Associate - Call Center Rep, you'll be the initial point of contact, managing phones, initiating outbound calls, and supporting field teams with parts / equipment acquisition.
Your responsibilities span scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and adeptly handling invoices.
Act as a bridge between clients and departments, ensuring timely resolution, all while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
Your sharp attention to detail and stellar communication skills will guarantee our clients' needs are not just met but exceeded, making each workday an engaging and rewarding experience.
