At Answering Service Care we understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences as the first point of contact for various service-based businesses, including medical, legal, real estate, construction, entertainment and more. As an HR Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in finding and attracting top-tier talent.

Open Shift:

9am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (Must be flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source qualified candidates for industry positions through various channels, including job boards and social media.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for our roles.

  • Administer testing and coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide valuable insights throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract potential candidates.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring positive interactions from application to onboarding.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED; some college experience preferred or degree a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, and professionalism.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.

  • Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to enhancing the candidate experience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
