**Outlets - Refreshment Cart Server**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Serve alcoholic, nonalcoholic and food items to guests while they are playing the courses from a Mobil refreshment cart

* Complete sales transactions in the point of sale system, maintain receipts and reconcile the bank and register at the end of each shift

* Initiate contact with guests, become familiar with regular guests and their likes to be ready to serve them upon approach

* Make rounds on the course in a timely manor and serve guests efficiently, friendly and attentively

* Assist the kitchen in food preparation for items being offered on the refreshment cart

* Perform side work for any area of the department as needed.

* Utilize daily task list for Outlet carts

* Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to requests. Always yield to the guest.

* Assist in maintaining a clean environment including picking up trash in visible areas, assisting with utility duties to maintain overall kitchen cleanliness as assigned and as per the lists, and eliminating clutter.

* Maintain effective communication with the guests and fellow team members

* Must uphold a clean and orderly appearance and be dressed in uniform at the start of each shift, ready to work after clocking in.

* Maintain a good working knowledge of hours of operation, wine, and menu, including ingredients and preparation method and presentation.

* Up sell at every opportunity by informing guests of specials and your personal recommendations and about items in addition to the regular menu.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

* Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments

* Must be adaptable to change, flexible, and empathetic

* Must be highly customer oriented and responsive

* Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expected

* Must possess a Food Handlers Card.

* Must possess a Class 12 MAST Card.

* Must be 21 yrs. or older.

* Have the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

* Have the ability to work weekends, weekdays and holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.
