Essential Functions:

• Provide Incoming Official Mail and Distribution Management Services at the Central Mail Distribution Facility.
• Enforces procedures and regulations established by the U.S. Postal Service
• Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail, packages
• Processes outgoing mail
• Safeguard all classified materials received via mail in accordance with rules and regulations.
• Maintain postal supplies, maintain shipping documents and spreadsheets.
• Sort mail daily, X-Ray all incoming and outgoing packages that will fit in through the X-Ray machine.
• Advise customers of parcels to be picked up.
• Receive, prepare and send classified pouch as needed.
• Explain and enforced regulations.

Other Requirements:

• Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• High School Diploma
• Mailroom experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
