Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Willing to accept canidates with little to no experience.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to maintain functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and residents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
