StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking an Operational Program Management Analyst, Senior to support a NAVAIR Aircraft Program Office located in Patuxent River, MD. The Program Analyst is responsible for, but not limed to, the following requirements:

Essential Job Duties:
- Performs critical program management and operations support, working closely with department Deputy Program Managers.
- Analyzes needs and synthesizes requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for department initiatives and for planning.
- Responsible for overseeing all program management aspects within a department, including: developing programmatic briefs; coordinating with department teams to respond to drills and taskers.
- Assisting department leadership with coordination of government/contractor personnel staffing requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing program documentation.
- Managing day to day program operational integrity across the department.
- Provides management direction to all activities and personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the department.
- Serves as the central contact point within the department for all matters concerning the assigned department.
- Establishes and maintains relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
- Integrates all planning with the department team effort and that of any other participating organizations and agencies when necessary.
- Synthesizes critical program issues, documentation, and relevant information to support program reviews.
- Minimal travel required.
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- At least 10 years of combined experience in program management, technical, or business operations and analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management.
- Knowledge of and prior on-the-job experience supporting day-to-day operations of program offices within the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
- Ability to manage staff schedules, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with program briefing cycles.
- Document management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Navy correspondence.
- Knowledge of and prior use of MS Teams.
- MA/MS degree.
- Allowable Education Substitutions:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR
- Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum Secret clearance required prior to employment.
