How You'll help us connect the world:Support and Engineering-Global Lab team provides access to global lab resources and cloud services around the world. We provide network infrastructure and lab services for technical support and engineering.
Responsibilities: - Manage ticketing queue with teammates.
- Network Infrastructure & Lab support for Global Labs
- Resource coordination
- Inventory control
- Customer support
- Data storage support (SAN, iSCSI)
- Sever Farm & Hypervisor management (KVM, RHVL, VMware)
- Troubleshooting various software and hardware equipment/environments
- Rack and install data center equipment.
- Open communication with various team members and leaders
Requirements:- Experience with Windows, Linux & VMware OS
- knowledgeable of server hardware and software
- knowledgeable of routers and switches (Networking)
- knowledgeable of Access Points and controllers
- knowledgeable of traffic generators and testing equipment (Spirent)
- knowledgeable of terminal servers and PDU equipment
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interest in learning.
- Dependable.
- Process-oriented.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Education / Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science with 2 years of experience in Data Center environment. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary ) is $63,600.00-$78,000.00
