How You'll help us connect the world:
Support and Engineering-Global Lab team provides access to global lab resources and cloud services around the world. We provide network infrastructure and lab services for technical support and engineering.
Responsibilities:

• Manage ticketing queue with teammates.
• Network Infrastructure & Lab support for Global Labs
• Resource coordination
• Inventory control
• Customer support
• Data storage support (SAN, iSCSI)
• Sever Farm & Hypervisor management (KVM, RHVL, VMware)
• Troubleshooting various software and hardware equipment/environments
• Rack and install data center equipment.
• Open communication with various team members and leaders

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows, Linux & VMware OS
• knowledgeable of server hardware and software
• knowledgeable of routers and switches (Networking)
• knowledgeable of Access Points and controllers
• knowledgeable of traffic generators and testing equipment (Spirent)
• knowledgeable of terminal servers and PDU equipment
• Excellent time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interest in learning.
• Dependable.
• Process-oriented.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science with 2 years of experience in Data Center environment. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary ) is $63,600.00-$78,000.00
