Calvert Internal Medicine Group is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist.
Qualifications Include:
Certified professional coder (AAPC and/or AHIMA certification) required with a strong knowledge of risk adjustment coding.
At least 3 years previous IDC-10/HCC coding experience
Functional expertise in coding regulations related to IDC-10 and the Hierarchical condition category (HCC).
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication (written & oral) and organizational skills.
Proven ability to interact with clinical and revenue cycle management teams.
