POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for assisting in Human Resources including but not limited to; administrative duties, unemployment claims, filing and providing a welcoming experience to our internal guests and assist with questions.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist the Human Resources Director in the applicant pre-screening process as required.
• Process all new employee forms and set-up employee files.
• Maintain applicant files in accordance with company policy and state law.
• Coordinates candidate drug testing and background investigations with designated agency and maintains tracking of applicant processing.
• Assist the Human Resources Director with applicant and employee processing, employee orientation and staff training.
• Employee Benefit Administration, including enrollments, terminations etc.

· Support some or all HR initiatives related to recruitment, benefits, worker's compensation, safety and employee recognition. ·

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

• A combination of education and experience that provides the skills necessary for this position.
• Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience.
• Prior Human Resources or Customer Service experience.

Hourly Rate Range is $21-$23.50 per hour.
