Job Description
MileOne Autogroup is now hiring an Assistant Controller for our internal corporate team.
The Assistant Controller will assist the CFO/Controller in accurately reporting the Company's financial position and results of operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance, pulic accounting preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with Qlik, Quickbooks, Caseware, Sage, LeaseQuery
- Automotive Industry experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
Essential Duties:
- Mapping general ledger accounts to accounting/enterprise software
- Prepare audit and tax workpapers
- Maintain fixed assets in fixed asset software
- Maintain leases in lease software
- Prepare balance sheet audits
