United McGill Corporation is Hiring a Sales Manager Near San Antonio, TX

Job Overview:
McGill AirFlow, a subsidiary of United McGill, is one of the country’s leading suppliers to contractors of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork, with an extensive line of round, flat oval and rectangular ductwork and related items such as acoustical products and sealants. We have five plants nationwide.

The Associate will sell commercial and industrial ductwork and related products in the San Antonio & Austin, TX areas. The duties include,

· Calling on contractors, industrial plants, and consulting engineers;

· Arranging and presenting product and technology seminars and tradeshows;

· Preparing pricing proposals and managing projects.

· Building long term relationships.

· The Associate will work out of a home office around San Antonio or Austin, TX.

Skills:

·- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in outside sales and account management

-Able to travel up to 60% of work week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,686.04 - $89,944.48 per year
