Grid needs a hands-on experienced manufacturing accountant to manage the accounting and HR functions of this growing startup Company. This person will report directly to the owner and CFO. This can be an extremely rewarding position to make an immediate impact and take on more responsibility in the long-term as the company continues to grow. This person will be an internal leader of the company charged with wearing a multitude of hats that a start-up firm requires. This role will work closely with business unit managers, external partners and clients.
This role will be ever-changing and will require the candidate to be flexible and open-minded.
