Grid needs a hands-on experienced manufacturing accountant to manage the accounting and HR functions of this growing startup Company. This person will report directly to the owner and CFO. This can be an extremely rewarding position to make an immediate impact and take on more responsibility in the long-term as the company continues to grow. This person will be an internal leader of the company charged with wearing a multitude of hats that a start-up firm requires. This role will work closely with business unit managers, external partners and clients.

This role will be ever-changing and will require the candidate to be flexible and open-minded.

Job Summary:

As an Accounting Clerk , you will play a crucial role in the final step of the payables cycle. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate with various teams will contribute to the success of our operations. Be flexible, come ready to do what is needed. Job Description:

• Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work independently in our fast paced environment.
• Detail- oriented with strong time management skills
• Enter invoices
• Match invoices received to Purchase Orders
• Maintain vendor communication and relationships
• Support Sales and Project Management Team with billing questions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting team
• Respond daily to emails and questions received in our accounts payable inbox
• Help with month end reporting and other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Data Entry: 3 years (Preferred)
