Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/Capture Operations Coordinator to join our team in McLean, Virginia.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support BD/Capture Teams in research of new business opportunities
- Research and develop an understanding of potential customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia’s capabilities.
- Support a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunities.
- Build out opportunity analysis within the company CRM Tool.
- Generate reports from CRM Tool.
- Support the capture process and assist the proposal team on opportunities.
- Support gate (bid/no-bid) reviews.
- Support analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with BD/Capture Teams
- Research opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOV.
- Research and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc.
- Able to Develop Marketing Materials such as slide decks, slick sheets and other presentations
- Attend industry days, conferences and networking events
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with US Federal Sector Business Development/Marketing is a PLUS.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce experience is a PLUS.
- Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills.
- Ability to Network and strong communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service/client facing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Other:
- Business Travel, as needed.
- Must Report to the office at a minimum of 4 days per week and at the discretion of manager
