Murgado Automotive Group is Hiring an Automotive Service BDC Representative Near Barrington, IL
Motor Werks is a renowned automotive dealership group representing top luxury brands. Located in Barrington, IL, our dealership offers a premium experience to our valued customers, setting the standard for excellence in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the dealership's CRM system.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of service appointments.
Assist with outbound calls to schedule service reminders and follow-up appointments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
Automotive industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
