About the Position: The Corporate Development Intern assists in providing strategic decision analyses and financial modeling of operating results, new business initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions, and business planning. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to put your collegiate experiences and knowledge into action by assisting with high impact projects in Corporate Development. You will be introduced to tools and resources that will help you grow both professionally and personally. Primary Responsibilities: • Support strategic projects by creating various analyses for potential transactions and investment opportunities. • Support aspects of the transaction due diligence process. • Assist in preparing business cases and presentations for Leadership. • Assist with various ad hoc requests as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) • Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills. • Highly motivated with a desire to learn. • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
