This is a remote position in the U.S. and candidates should be located within 40-miles of one our offices in the following markets: Phoenix, AZ, Cleveland, OH, Highland Hills, OH, Oklahoma City, OK, and Buffalo, NY. About You As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter), you will play a crucial role in supporting high-volume recruitment and fulfillment across our Managed Services practice. This position involves executing an enterprise-wide early in career talent and/or in combination of entry-level industry talent recruitment strategies to meet business and hiring needs, providing end-to-end recruitment support, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. In this role, creative thinking in proactive sourcing and candidate pipelining is essential to rapidly engage and enhance our recruiting efforts as we strengthen our employment brand. Success in this role demands skilled judgment, discretion, grace under pressure, and personal resilience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter), you will source, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while maintaining regular communication with the business. To excel in this position, you must be results-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, possess keen attention to detail, and lead with empathy. Primary Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment including – but not limited to – the input and initiation of requisitions, review, and interview candidates, manage candidate progression through the offer and hire process, and serve as the point of contact to candidates through their start date. Manage high-volume requisitions in our Managed Services department with the ability to source and fill 50 positions per month. Utilize our recruitment tech stack to proactively source, identify and recruit top talent. Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers including candidates, school and network contacts, HR, and business leaders. Provide best-in-class recruiting support for internal business partners. Partner with leadership to provide HR and business leaders with relevant recruitment metrics and analytics. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Manage talent acquisition processes with high efficiency, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory concerns and legal standards associated with the recruitment process. Highly collaborative and motivated team player. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, multi-task, follow up with a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a strong sense of personal accountability, exercise good judgement, and discretion. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience, utilizing a variety of interviewing methods, leveraging technologies to engage and source talent in a high-volume and/or BPO environment; combination of corporate and agency environment experience preferred. Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday a plus! Knowledge of HR hiring policies, OFCCP and FLSA compliance. Self-directed with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Workday Recruiting ATS. Previous sourcing experience with focus on passive and active candidate generation. Former experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Financial Crime, High-volume, BPO/Delivery environment highly desired.
