CiCi's Pizza is great place to work! Our Deerfield Beach location has been open since 1999 under the same owner and has grown every year since! This is a great opportunity for experienced servers, bartenders and managers to apply what they already know and lead our team to more great success! We offer a very stable income, 3.5 day workweek with 2 weekdays off and one weekend day off. Our structured training program is fun, interactive and relatively quick. We have fun at CiCi's by working with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. That awesome energy comes from the owner, management and staff and is what makes our guests want to come back!

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working in any role in the restaurant industry
• Must be humble with the desire to serve
• Must be alert and fast paced with a sense of urgency
• Must be dependable, honest and motivated
• Must have good organization skills
• Must have the ability to understand the needs of the guests
• Must have great communication skills
• May be required to lift product up to 30lbs or more
• Must have basic computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, etc.)

Our restaurant in Deerfield Beach, Florida is CiCi's 300th unit. We opened in 1999 and have grown our location to be one the top sales performers in the country! CiCi's Pizza Deerfield Beach is a buffet style pizza bar that offers, pizza, pasta, salad, soup and desserts for $5 & change! We also offer wings and everything is available ToGo. We do not deliver. Our dining room seats 176 people and we have a small game room for the kids. There is never a dull moment as we are constantly interacting and laughing with our buffet guests, training and motivating team members! Our guests are awed by how well handle our busy times and are always complimenting us.
