Job Overview:
Andy Mohr Automotive is seeking to add two Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our teams in Avon, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers that reach out to the dealership prior to coming in to buy a vehicle and working the process to reach goals set by the store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Work through the beginning sales process with the customer based on their specific needs
- Make suggestions to the customers based on how they need help buying a vehicle
- Communicate respectfully with all customers, staff, vendors, etc
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of setting goals and how to track them

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
