Position: District Manager
Location: Bowling Green, KY

Responsibilities:

• Oversee security operations within the designated district.
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain the safety and security of our clients' assets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
• Utilize technology to enhance security measures and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle any security incidents or emergencies effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new employees, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all client accounts are properly staffed to meet security requirements, adjusting staffing levels as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Security Management preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems.
• Basic math skills required for budgeting and financial management.
• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally beyond as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
