JOB SUMMARY:
Manages Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, retirement plan, performance management, compensation, and training. Develops written communications and policies and procedures in related areas. Administers Human Resources programs and policies to support company goals and positively engage workforce. Develops related budgets and provides guidance and development of department staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interprets company policy and coaches and counsels employees as necessary to ensure clear communication and positive and healthy work environment. Provides guidance to management on employee relations and corrective actions, and works with managers on processes, procedures, and communications.
2. Manages recruitment function to include strategy, sourcing and interviewing candidates, assisting managers with organization design and implementation, and educating managers on the process and related procedures. Responsible for recruitment strategy and budget.
3. Studies and analyzes new or reclassified jobs, and prepares descriptions in standardized form. Evaluates jobs using established evaluation systems, determines market pay range and prepares written recommendations.
4. Manages assignments associated with the Isuzu Companies Savings Plan. Serves as retirement plan contact for current and past employees.
5. Develops and revises Human Resources policies and procedures as necessary and coordinates within the department and executives, and communicates to employees.
6. Manages and provides functional control over the performance management program and employee training programs. Provides oversight of companys compliance trainings. Works with managers on performance management/improvement processes as necessary.
7. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer. This is primarily a sedentary position in a controlled office environment which requires only occasional reaching, stooping, and lifting of office files, reports, or records, typically weighing 5 lbs. or less.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Pay scale for this position is between $123,635 and $160,721. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
