**Job Description** Arkatechture is seeking candidates for a BI Data Analyst who will be responsible for the ongoing support for our BI platform, Arkalytics. This position will play a crucial role on the our service desk team ensuring that each of our clients on the platform has any incidents or problems resolved in a timely manner and also create or assist our clients in new custom development. The ideal candidate for this position is a strong problem solver who can troubleshoot independently, but also a team player who can grow into a subject matter expert within the Service Delivery team. This is a client facing role that requires a candidate with strong communication and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. This position has the ability to be remote.

* Triaging service desk tickets to ensure theyre of the proper type and are assigned to the right resource in a timely manner to ensure the team meets all SLAs

* Troubleshooting incidents and problem tickets to identify the root cause of the issues quickly and develop a resolution while following all change management procedures

* Ensuring all service desk tickets are in the proper status and have active communication to ensure client satisfaction

* Being an integral part of the service desk team to ensure that the extended Arkalytics team is properly prioritizing production support issues.

* Making database (SQL) and visualization (Tableau) updates to resolve issues and complete other custom service requests

* Working closely with the team to identify process improvements within the service delivery team

* Engage directly with clients via the service desk to ensure their overall satisfaction and promote adoption our our platform

* Provide training sessions to clients on how to use dashboards or their sandbox environments

** Skills Knowledge and Expertise**

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

* Strong SQL knowledge with experience working in any one Database such as Snowflake, SQLServer, Oracle, Aurora, PostgreSQL, Redshift, MySQL etc

* Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik etc

* Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects

* Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills

* Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude

* A strong communicator with experience interacting with clients preferred

* A desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expert as it is necessary in order to properly support the platform

**Preferred Experience**

* Experience working on a service desk or service delivery position

* Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS

* Snowflake Experience

* Tableau Experience

* Experience working with financial institutions such as Credit unions, Banks
