Job Summary

Responsible for coordination and maintenance of SBA loan processing and documentation operations activities and administration.

Essential Job Functions

• Understand SBA’s Standard Operating Procedures Manuals.
• Order and accurately process SBA loan application documents.
• Assemble and maintain SBA loan files.
• Obtain all necessary SBA Application Forms, including eligibility forms.
• Maintaining SBA lending applications and corresponding files.
• Anticipates and identifies areas for improvement and recommends solutions.
• Maintains an expert level knowledge of unit policies, procedures, standards, and workflow.
• Assist to prepare or coordinate for SBA Desk Audit and PLP renewal
• Comply with all BSA related training and procedures.
• May have other assignments as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous work-related skill, knowledge or experience is required.
• A minimum of one year SBA closing experience required.
• Working knowledge of SBA E-Tran
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Be detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
• Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

Education:

Associates Degree and related on the job experience required.
