The Junior Project Manager is a highly engaged leader that possesses a high level of construction and business acumen and is focused on developing a client-focused, goal-oriented team. The primary goal of the Junior Project Manager is to ensure our field personnel execute and complete the installation of their assigned projects according to strict deadlines, budgets and execution standards. This may include acquiring and managing resources along with coordinating the efforts of company employees, third-party subcontractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers to deliver completed projects to our clients. The JPM will work closely with Office Operations and Field Operations along with our project generating client(s) to oversee goals and objectives. The JPM is also responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all reports, project tracker updates and any additional client specific informational needs. The position is a hands-on role working on site with employees at times to ensure that goals and deadlines are met.
