The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties: - Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Prepare daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities - Assist with front desk duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in hotel management, night audit, or front desk operations is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Join our team as a Night Auditor to contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel during the night hours.
