Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including LIHTC guidelines
- Handle administrative tasks such as lease preparation, rent collection, and reporting
- Maintain property appearance and oversee maintenance projects
- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks
Skills:
- Experience in LIHTC properties is preferred
- Proficiency in office and legal administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
- Proficiency in Yardi software or similar property management systems
- Negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Experience in property leasing operations
