Job Description

Want to be part of a great company culture? Then put your future in ink by applying to be a paid apprentice in our print production department! 

Train on-the-job at one of the Midwest's largest print and communications companies. Learn a skilled trade from industry professionals (you could call them ink and paper artists) as you gain firsthand experience in a clean and modern manufacturing setting. 

Enjoy a tasty wage right away working up to 20-25 hours per week in our shipping department. Meanwhile, learn the ropes of the ever-evolving print biz, racking up know-how you could apply in almost any manufacturing setting — from CNC cutting to running a digital press. 

If it's the right fit, you could even end up with a full-time job offer in a great-paying position with Firespring. (I mean that's pretty much the goal of the whole "apprentice" idea right?) 

Qualifications

• Team players 
• Self-starters
• Some college experience OR high school juniors and seniors (but heck, we’ll consider everyone)
• Able to successfully balance work and school as necessary
• Can work up to 20-25 hours per week
• Able to complete all duties during normal business hours (9 AM-5 PM CST)
• Ability to report to either our Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska facilities
