Description
Lead the design efforts for various hydrology and hydraulic analysis for transportation and site projects, ranging from small structure replacements to bridge replacement to detention ponds and storm sewers. Prepare calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports for various hydraulic projects. May assist in design for other departments, such as roadway and bridge projects. Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed for plans, technical reports, revisions, and markups. Develop hydraulic designs and technical reports to coincide with submittal dates for multiple projects for different departments. Be responsible for large portions of projects with supervision and complete field assignments, when appropriate.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2. 4 years of experience in Hydrology and hydraulic design of storm water drainage systems.
