Job Summary:
Preferred Care at Home is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Home Health Expert to join our Corporate team in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Home Health Expert will play a key role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our home health services, ensuring high-quality care for our clients. This is a full-time, salary position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of home health services provided by Preferred Care at Home, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
- Provide training, guidance and support to Franchisees 
- Develop and implement plans for the delivery of high-quality care to our clients
- Conduct regular staff meetings, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing training and education to franchisees
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home health care, with at least 1-2 years in a management/supervisory role
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to home health care services
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle complex situations with professionalism and integrity
- Proficient in using technology and electronic medical records systems
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
