Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant located in Prescott Valley, AZ. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for customer service, new home sales, maintaing the model home apperance, signage placement, establishing Realtor relationships, managing backlog, identifying and marketing inventory homes. You will work closely with potential homebuyers, guiding them through the homebuying process, providing information about available options and upgrades, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in new home sales or a related field
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to provide training and guidance to homebuyers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
