We are seeking a new Project Manager to join our growing team. Your role will be to expertly manage bridge work/infrastructure/plant & process, schools and municipal, and pump station projects from preconstruction to closeout.

What You Will Do
- Pre-construction
- Building construction
- Estimating
- Contract management
- Change Orders
- Punch Out Lists
- Scheduling (ideally P6)
- Construction means and methods
- Cost control
- Payment processes
- Closeouts
- Submittals
- Manage construction activities
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures
- Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Previous PM experience with reputable construction companies
- Cost Estimating Experience
- Experience using Bluebeam, Viewpoint
- Scheduling Experience (Ideally P6)

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 per year (plus bonus potential).
