Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Global Head of Managed Services Partners. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth of our managed services business through strategic partnerships with managed service providers (MSPs) and other channel partners globally. You will play a key role in expanding our market reach, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional value to our clients through our managed services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy: Develop and execute a global partner strategy for the managed services business, identifying key partners, partner types (Service Provider, MSP, MSSP), defining partnership models, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships to drive business growth.

  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard strategic managed service providers (MSPs) across our global theaters, aligning with our leadership teams, business objectives and target markets.

  • Enablement and Support: Provide comprehensive support and enablement resources to our partners, including training, sales and marketing collateral, technical support, and ongoing assistance to ensure their success in delivering managed services based on our cyber recovery and cyber resilience solutions. Ensure field engagement is frictionless and designed for scale.

  • Joint Solution Development: Collaborate closely with partners and Rubrik's product management team to develop joint solutions and service offerings that address the evolving needs of our clients, leveraging our technology platform and their expertise in managed services delivery. Identify key gaps in the platform that would better serve MSP partners and drive delivery of required features to close gaps.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with partners to execute go-to-market plans, drive demand generation activities, and achieve sales targets for managed services, including pipeline development, deal registration, and sales enablement.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for partnership initiatives.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partner performance against established KPIs and objectives, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Forecast managed services revenue quarterly while building a 2-3 year plan for 10x growth.

  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the managed services landscape, leveraging insights to refine partner strategy and enhance our competitive positioning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in building, growing, and managing strategic partnerships within the technology industry, particularly in the managed services space.

  • Experience building teams to support the scale of a managed services offering with the largest managed services providers in the market.

  • Deep understanding of cyber recovery, cyber resilience, and related cybersecurity technologies, with a focus on how they can be delivered as managed services to organizations of all sizes and industries.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion through partner channels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.

  • Experience working in a global environment, with a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in partner management, including partner recruitment, enablement, and performance management.

  • Strong bias for action

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) and knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) are a plus.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; this role is also eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company's written Incentive Compensation Plan. Additionally, the role is eligible for equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range

$215,640-$323,520 USD

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; this role is also eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company's written Incentive Compensation Plan.
