Description

 This is a seasonal, temporary position.

Great for high school or college students looking for summer work. 

Can be full time or part time. No weekend work. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs routine daily work projects and/or repairs on KICA infrastructure, as assigned. 
• Completes daily landscape lighting checks.
• Performs all re-decking projects for KICA crab docks, boardwalks, bridges, docks, as directed.
• Performs all new mailbox installation, as directed.
• Performs mailbox painting, as directed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• General carpentry and facility maintenance skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually with limited supervision.
• Ability to climb a ten foot ladder and to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
