POSITION SUMMARY:
The QA Specialist will ensure organizational operations align with funding source regulations and requirements, facilitate processes that tie into the organization's Quality Management plan, conduct internal audits of various agency processes, and ensure participant and employer partner satisfaction through quality improvement activities. You will receive several months of training in agency operations and different areas of direct service.
