Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenB2B Inside Sales /Business Development Specialist -to join our team based in Coral Gables, Florida. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering business relationships, and driving revenue growth for ttg Talent Solutions. You will utilize a combination phone, email, Business Social Media, Video Presentatons ( and face to face client meetings ) to engage with clients. A proactive "hunter" mindset will be essential in driving our sales efforts forward.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 year’s experience or more with a proven track record in Sales or New Business Development (or a strong interest)
  • Local and national account contacts are a huge plus!!
  • Experience selling to Human Resources and/or up-to C-Level Suite is highly desirable
  • OPEN to Sales experience in selling a service not a product such as Financial Services, Business Services. Software, staffing services and more
  • Must have experience selling via phone, emails, video presentations, face to face and networking events.
  • Experience with building strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Since this is considered B2B Sales, a “thick skin” is needed to be successful
  • Must be able to be in the office the Coral Gables office daily with possible local travel to meet with clients.
  • Must have reliable transportation to make sales calls and to be on-site in the office
  • Must be comfortable with a full Background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and challenges.
  • Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Obtain Job Orders from new and existing clients with signed MSA’s and maintain relationships with dedicated recruiters
  • May need to attend during and after-hours networking events and respond to urgent client correspondence
Compensation
Salary (DOE) with an uncapped commission structure. Estimated at OTE ( on target earnings) 100K-$180K first year;$ 220K 2nd year ( Rock Stars are in the $300K-$400K annually)

Note: This is only Sales/New Business Development with multiple recruiters working to fill your open positions. Example: you have 40-80 orders with a team of recruiters working to fill them while you can concentrate on selling
