As the Honors Lounge Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive an engaging, welcoming, first class service, and the most pleasant comfortable experience possible.
What You Will Be Doing

As the Honors Lounge Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive an engaging, welcoming, first class service, and the most pleasant comfortable experience possible.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and inquire about guest needs to better serve them during the visit.
- Recognize customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome.
- Responds to inquires with accurate information regarding hotel features, services and assistance.
- Knowledgeable with daily functions, VIPs and any other special event/s occurring in or pertaining to the hotel.
- Has full empowerment to make decisions and immediately solve any guest issue or problem.
- Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
- Replenish food and beverage as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
- Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking service areas.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
- Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to provide guests with exceptional experiences
- Ability to remain professional and work independently
- Strong communications skills
- Build and maintain relationships with our valuable guests
- Prior customer service experience required and must be able to work evenings
- Prior Food and Beverage or other prior hospitality experience preferred
