Texas First Bank is Hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator Near Texas, TX
Job Summary (On-site Position)The CRM Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and support of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. Plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and usability of the CRM system to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties: Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the new CRM system.
- Administer, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE to support business processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage user security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Provide training to end-users to maximize their productivity and proficiency in using Dynamics 365 CE.
- Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE and recommend enhancement or upgrades as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- 4 years of experience administering and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-901) are a plus.
