Job Summary:
The Senior PMO (Project Management Office) Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex broadband projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and alignment across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the broadband industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement PMO strategies, methodologies, and standards to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Align project objectives with the company's strategic goals and ensure all projects contribute to these goals.
• Project Portfolio Management:
• Oversee the management of the project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the PMO framework.
• Financial Management:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Track and report on project financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the broadband or telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
