What you will do: We are looking for an Accreditation Program Manager who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like. Lead the design and rollout of a comprehensive Accreditation program spanning the entire organization, ensuring strict adherence to standards set by NCQA, URAC, CMS, and HCPF.Develop and execute quality improvement initiatives tailored to accreditation requirements, overseeing adherence to regulatory mandates. Oversee the entire lifecycle of the NCQA regulatory program, pinpointing areas for enhancement to drive improved clinical outcomes. Coordinate activities for accreditation preparation and regulatory compliance seamlessly. • Serve as a key resource for accreditation and quality improvement endeavors organization wide. Coordinate accreditation reviews and provide comprehensive staff training on compliance processes and tools. Establish and manage an ongoing accreditation readiness assessment program to maintain compliance readiness. Participate actively in internal and external workgroups and teams as necessary. Support leadership in tracking accreditation outcomes and evaluating the efficacy of quality improvement efforts. Prepare and deliver succinct Executive Summary reports to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with staff to enhance the day-to-day operations of the quality, analytics, and accreditation department. Act as the in-house expert on accreditation standards and clinical quality benchmarks. • Archive and safeguard project records and documents upon successful completion of deliverables, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.Provide targeted coaching, feedback, and interventions as a regulatory subject matter expert to drive program success. Leverage broad knowledge of project management, business operations, and healthcare industry dynamics to oversee multiple projects to successful completion. Manage regulatory project schedules, resources, communications, expectations, tasks, and quality standards, introducing process improvement initiatives when warranted. Foster positive working relationships while managing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. What you will bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in health plan operations, quality improvement, or healthcare accreditation, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in managing NCQA accreditation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of NCQA accreditation standards and HEDIS requirements, with a proven track record of successful accreditation submissions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive quality improvement efforts. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop short- and long- term goals.. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to effectively facilitate group interactions. Strong quantitative analysis, qualitative and problem‐solving skills. Proven self-starter, excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and with very limited supervision. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with standard Windows software packages, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines. Licenses/Certifications: CPHQ Certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving. Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access: The compensation for this position is $88,700.00 to $108,900.00 annually. The pay rate/salary is commensurate with experience.
