Engineered Plastic Components is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Columbia, MO

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders for products and services for machinery and facilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a professional office environment and ensure cleanliness
- File, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Assist with HR tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in Puchasing a plus
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience working in Manufacturing enviroment

Bachelors Degree preferred
