This position will be in Frisco, TX .OverviewAs our RA Site Agent, you will have an impact on the products and services we deliver to our customers and how our Registered Agent organization operates in general.

You will be responsible for providing onsite support to the registered agent division of our business. In this role, you will receive shipments from various carriers and ship these packages to a specified location.

You are required to demonstrate speed, efficiency, accuracy while maintaining high productivity levels.You will

• Accept Service of Process (SOP) documents.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines.
• Adhere to company handbook and workplace standards.
• Document, sort, scan, pack, and ship documents while following LegalZoom’s processes and procedures.
• Document and reject non-customer mail daily per our guidelines.
• Research and assign documents to the customer’s dashboard through various tools and systems.
• Communicate with government agencies as requested.
• Support the development and implementation of processes and technologies to maximize efficiencies and quality in production as well as employee satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrate exemplary communication and teamwork to complete tasks.
• Work overtime as needed.

You have

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume, process-oriented production, order fulfillment, legal or service environment.
• BS or BA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Highly ethical individual with a strong desire to succeed both professionally and personally.
• Strong MS Office / Google skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required as needed.
• Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($33,800 - $43,750.). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to : geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and / or other business and organizational needs.

In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and / or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
