Key Responsibilities

• • Apply advanced data analysis techniques to address complex financial management and resource allocation challenges within the IC.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve IC financial processes and systems.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to IC financial activities.
  • Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the IC to understand data requirements and interpret findings.
  • Research and recommend new data analysis tools and techniques to enhance IC capabilities. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 
• Senior/Expert: Bachelor's degree with 7 years’ experience in a proficiency area
• Mid-Level: Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years’ experience in a proficiency area
• Junior Level: Bachelor's degree with 0 to 5 years’ experience in a proficiency area

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and statistical software packages.
• Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with financial management and budgeting within the IC or Federal government.
• Knowledge of IC data sources and information systems.
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
• Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
