Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities or designee, assists in the planning, coordination, organization and oversight of the District's custodial/maintenance, vehicle fleet, asbestos management and State Deferred Maintenance and energy conservation programs; is delegated responsibility for the supervision, inspection and evaluation of the performance of the mentioned activities; selects, trains, supervises, evaluates and motivates subordinate personnel.

EXPERIENCE: The equivalent to five (5) years of full-time experience in supervising maintenance operations, transportation, and facilities. EDUCATION: Education equivalent to an associate degree required. Graduation from a four (4) year college/university is desirable. SPECIAL LICENSE OR LANGUAGE SKILLS A valid Class C California Drivers' License and use of a private automobile, or alternative means of transportation, is required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATES and CLEARANCES: Prospective and current employees are expected to possess and maintain the following: Valid California Driver's License with evidence of insurability APPLICATION PROCEDURES: All applicants, including applicants presently employed by the Pasadena Unified School District, must complete an application online at www.edjoin.org. The application attachments must include: 1) Awarded proof of education* 2) Any certifications received 3) Valid Driver's License 4) Proof of auto insurance *Degree verification. Transcripts and degrees received outside the United States must be supplemented by a complete evaluation report from a regionally accredited foreign degrees review agency.
