Matthews International is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near East Syracuse, NY
Matthews International is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our Distribution Team in East Syracuse, NY area for our memorialization business segment.
As a leading manufacturer and distributor of caskets and funeral home products, Matthews Delivers caskets to funeral homes around the Syracuse, NY area.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable PART - TIME Delivery Professional to join our team at our Syracuse, NY Service Center.
This position will be responsible for the delivery of new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans.
Work Schedule: 3 days in week, 2 weekdays and Saturdays. Must have Saturday availability.
Weekly Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week.
Shift: First Shift position. Home every afternoon.
Starting Pay: $19 per hour.
- Delivering memorialization products (new caskets ) to funeral homes in a company provided truck or van.
- Preparing products for delivery and unloading products to be stored in our warehouse.
- Scanning products, pulling correct orders and maintaining a clean work environment.
- You will be interacting with manager on day to day operations and assisting with various duties.
- Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.
- NO CDL License is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
