Part-time Facility Custodian Position AvailablePenn Machine Company, a Marmon Group/Berkshire Hathaway Company, is a proven 100 year old local company in a growth industry. We are a leading manufacturer of products and services for the transit, railroad, mining, general industry, and oil/gas industries.
Position responsibilities are for both of our manufacturing facilities and offices in Johnstown, PA and Blairsville, PA Generally, 2 days in Johnstown and 2 days in BlairsvilleMonday – Thursday, flexible mid-afternoon or early evening start times (20-25 hours/week)Position requires
- Experience working in a commercial cleaning position, preferred
- Knowledge of safe and proper cleaning equipment, supplies, and protocols
- Detail oriented – pays attention to details to ensure proper cleaning is completed
- Ability to follow instructions to complete required cleaning requirements
- Communication skills to communicate with employees and management and provide reporting
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to/from locations
