Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and providing strategic HR support to the organization. TRAVEL REQUIRED.
Duties:
- Collaborate with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Utilize HR systems such as Kronos and HRIS to maintain employee records and track metrics
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations effectively to employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Lead negotiations for employee contracts and agreements
- Implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Travel is required up to 50% of the time
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, training development, and talent management
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
