Job TitleNon-Delegated Account Executive Location:Remote Florida What You'll DoAmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a seasoned Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive to develop AmeriHome’s client base in south-eastern states. This position will report to the SVP, Head of Non-Delegated Correspondent and will be expected to source, close and train Non-Delegated Correspondent prospects. The candidate ideally will be resident within the target territories and work remotely. AmeriHome is the largest bank-owned Correspondent Lender in the nation and offers an unmatched platform to develop a large and lucrative book of business. What We Are Looking ForWhat you will do:
Source clients from existing book of business
Continuously develop new leads provided by the Sales Development team
Using the Salesforce.com platform, manage leads through the sales funnel, logging activity and completing prospect data
Work with the Client Support team to ensure new clients are trained and skilled at understanding AmeriHome’s products, processes and technology tools
Work with clients to resolve administrative and loan level issues and understand the escalation process for loans requiring advanced resources
Work with sales support and operations teams to ensure successful client experiences
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for new clients, funding volume, and other established KPIs
Present Western Alliance Bank cross-sell opportunities (warehouse lines, treasury management services and others) to clients and prospects
What You Will Need
Minimum 5 years work experience in Wholesale and/or Non-Delegated Correspondent sales, with a proven track record and results
Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and the various origination channels
Professional approach to sales, including relationship selling
History of being a proactive and independent self-starter
Team oriented attitude
Solid understanding of mortgage products, regulatory compliance and underwriting guidelines
Proven track record of success in developing and nurturing clients
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, peers and associates
Ability to solve complex issues independently, timely and under pressure
Critical thinking with a creative mindset
