Our client is looking for an EDI Manager on a direct hire basis to work out of their Bedford, MA location. The client may be willing to move the candidate to a hybrid schedule after the initial training period. This would be a Mon-Fri traditional office hours position and the client traditionally moves very quickly through the interview process. Salary offered would be in the $60-70K range and the position comes with a full benefits package as well.

The chosen candidate will assist and support the Senior Manager and Dept Director in managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the EDI department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure timely claim submission; monitoring and retrieval of 835, and placement of reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications Needed Include:

• 2-3 years related experience with prior supervisory in a healthcare setting
• Claims Processing experience
• Prior management experience
• Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of EDI operations

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure appropriate training for new hires
• Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
• Maintain audits and metrics of key performance indicators
• Manage staff workload and productivity
